In 2025, the Company conducted an employee cafeteria meal and service satisfaction survey involving approximately 200 employees at the Linkou Plant, with satisfaction responses exceeding 80%.

Issues reported from the manufacturing site were promptly addressed, and follow-up surveys confirmed effective resolution, with on-site personnel expressing satisfaction with the Company’s problem-solving capability.
The Company plans to further expand employee welfare surveys to actively gather employee feedback and better listen to their needs and expectations.
